  I had a great experience with Reddi Heating and Cooling. The tech that was sent, Cody, was very personable and professional.  He knew what he was doing and was able to troubleshoot and solve my problem quickly.  He also taught me a couple of things and saved me some money which was above and beyond my expectations.   Benjamin came out today to fix our furnace. He was thorough with his explanation of problems that needed to be fixed. He also went above and beyond and spotted that our water heater was corroded at the bottom and needed attention. He brought this to our attention so we were not surprised with a basement full of water from a leaking water heater. Thank you Benjamin!

  My father's furnace went out on a cold day. Reddi responded quickly with David Furlong being assigned as our technician. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. There was a secondary issue he identified and worked with his office to order the part. He promptly returned to install the part when it came in.

David was friendly, courteous, and very thorough. We will be glad to call Reddi again.

  We woke up this morning and discovered our heat had gone out. We called Reddi and they were able to come out within half an hour of us calling! Benjamin came out, explained the situation and less than 30 minutes later we had heat again! I was so amazed that less than an hour from the time we called we had everything back and running again.
